A friend at work told me about a "Water Ionizer" he bought and was telling me how he was losing weight without dieting. Just drinking the water. He gave me a sample of the water and it tasted pretty good. I asked how much the machine cost and thought it was a little pricey. A couple months later I went to get a haircut. While waiting for my barber I heard him telling the person he was cutting about a "Ionizer" he bought for his wife who had "Arthritis" real bad and how much it was helping her in a very short while. When I got in the chair I asked if it was really helping her that much and he said OH YEAH. Then he told me how the water strengthens the "Immune System" so your body can fight diseases. I have been drinking Genesis ionized water since October 2008. At that time I weighed 450 lbs and was taking medications for high blood pressure, type II diabetes, cholesterol and other heart-related issues. It is now June 1, 2009 and I have lost 70 lbs, cut my blood pressure medication from 200 mg per day to 50 mg per day, eliminated Glipizide for my diabetes, cut Metformin (diabetes) from 2000 mg per day to 1000 per day and routinely never see a blood sugar finger stick above 130! I have also eliminated or reduced dosage on (3) other medications.

Hope you and you're family are well. It's getting colder and colder here in the UK. Just want to keep you in the loop with my Hayley and your mini-mat. I can honestly say her sleep has totally changed! In the first 3 weeks there might have been a number of nights that she woke up screaming and crying but nothing close to how she was before the mini-mat. She sleeps so much better now. I stopped giving her strawberry jelly and sugary snacks. She loves them! Seems like it helps her to be a lot calmer. She's not as hyper and she doesn't wake up screaming in the middle of the night. I noticed she gets a bit unsettled sometimes with the mini-mat under her pillow. She was throwing it away. I think it might be the clicking sound it makes. So thought I'd put it under her body instead. A bit further away from her ears. So she's like basically lying down on it, on her back and seems to work. She's not bothered lying down on it and she still sleeps through the night.

My mat is working great!!! The aches and pains I have had in my upper back and neck for basically my entire life since about age 13 are now gone. That's where I carry my stress. When I had the flu a few weeks ago - the terrible kind not the kind that's just like a cold - I had a splitting headache because I hadn't been able to eat or take my meds for 3 days. I laid down on the mat and I slept for 22 of the next 24 hours. That has never happened to me in my whole life. I was able to get such good sleep on my current Mat even during that terrible week! So I'm already thinking and dreaming about a whole body mat. It may take me years to save up but what kind of price would I be looking at? I never spend this much money on ANYTHING, but I have osteopenia and I knew I had to do something to slow/reverse my bone decline. After much research it became clear that Power Plate is the vibration plate with the most studies to back up bone health. Red Light Therapy PowerPanel - MEGA

We have loved being able to lie down under this panel in order to get a good coverage of our body, we have placed it in a horizontal stand. We couldn’t afford to buy the bigger panels, so this has been a good compromise. It allows for our torso and some of our legs to be targeted. We just move our bodies up or down on our massage bed in order to target where needed.

As we have also bought a PowerPanel mini, we can use it for areas not targeted or to be more specific. It’s a very restful way to get our treatment. We have been able to place the MEGA in our bedroom, so we can lie down without clothes if needed. It’s easy to set up, turn on and then slide underneath to rest for 10 minutes.

We bought a massage table, and soon a cotton sheet with skirt to make it more attractive in our bedroom. It will then also hide any accessories underneath the bed.

I have done a LOT of research when it comes to red light therapy and I have to say, I am so impressed that Hooga has checked all the boxes when it comes to what you would want to find in an led face mask. First, they have put the 3 most widely studied wavelengths into their mask. Many companies only put one or two. Second, the material. The silicone fits snug right up against your face to ensure your skin has close contact with the light and are able to reep all of its benefits. Other masks are hard and bulky (Not to mention heavy). Then you have the 120 degree light coverage which is also very important including the irradiance of (50mW/cm2). That is the most powerful output I've seen in any mask. That tells you that the bulbs are emitting enough power to reach deep below the skin. And last but not least is the price! Even with everything that this mask has to offer, it's still the most affordable one I've seen on the market. Thank you Hooga for making such an awesome mask at such an affordable price!

If I could give the company some advice, it'd be to add some support to the top of the device so it doesn't collapse once you release the air.

This chamber comes up to pressure on multiple gauges. In order to derive maximum benefit, one must also purchase an oxygen concentrator. I am still young, so I can’t say for certain how well it is working. I can only rely on the research. Research that shows significant lengthening of telomeres. Other research shows that a 1.3 ATA machine works just as well as a 2.0 ATA machine, one just has to remain in the chamber for a longer period of time.
