I ordered the Hooga300 and it was literally delivered within 24hrs, however, it didn't work. I called and they sent a replacement 2 days later. I tried the cord from the second unit with the first unit (that wasn't working) that was delivered and the first unit worked with cord to the second unit. It wasn't the unit that was broke, it was the cord. Hooga was very pleasant to work with. I'm not used to that kind of customer service. I would definitely purchase from them again.

This is a review of the company. I will do a review of the actual unit once I have had some time to use it. It just arrived today, but I really wanted to get online and thank Tommy for the rockstar customer service! I found this company by googling their website and, being from the US, I was immediately wary of a scam. Especially because this was the best price I found for a 1.5 ATA chamber, by a significant amount. But with the guy I mentioned, Tommy, running the show, he quickly answered all my questions and with a little follow up I was glad I purchased from them! If you are unsure, here is everything I went through to validate the company. First, I contacted them and Tommy got on video call so I could see he was a real person and got a video tour of their showroom/factory. It was impressive! That almost sold me with just that, but I was still wary. So I clicked through their other referrals on Facebook. There's only a couple. But click on the people. They all have history going back for years. You can't fake that. I was convinced after that, but I still had one more thing I did. I googled other references to Oxyrevo and a random result came up for a physical therapy business that mentioned the unit. I called up that business and pretended to be a customer looking for information, and they were legit. I won't mention them directly because I didn't get their permission. But if you want to do the googling, you can find other places, I bet. If you want PM me, I will gladly chat or even video call as well. I am from Utah and I will be glad to get on a video chat and show you I am a real person; I have it, and I am using it. FYI, they also have an option to extend the warranty. Most places offer only two years, but there were a couple that offered more. So I thought it was a confidence booster that they would extend the warranty for a reasonable fee. Even after that, it was still several thousand dollars less than any other 1.5 unit out there. So yeah, totally five star, thumbs up review on the company! I will do an actual review of the unit in a few weeks when I have gone through the treatment recommended by the doc.

This system was simple to set up. It’s not as easy to use as a Hard Shell system I suppose but it only a fraction of the cost. I didn’t purchase the 10ml Oxygen Concentrator . I chose to use my two 5ml concentrators and I regret it. I purchased and additional Oxygen Valve Assembly so I could take my little dog in for treatment. The internal pressure gauge should come with the system to allow you use it safely without a person outside the chamber, especially if you are taking a small dog in because their max pressure should be 1.5 to 2 pounds Max. It has to be either monitored closely from the outside by a second person or by the person inside with the internal gauge. Lastly, when you add the second Oxygen Valve or the Internal Gauge, you run out of chamber threaded shell penetrations. You can only add one so the manufacturer needs to add another threaded penetration or an adapter to allow two accessories.
So far, I think I’m a seeing positive results in my little dogs intestinal ulcer after 3 sessions. My wife is stage 4 cancer and after 3 sessions, I do not notice any results. My sister has a diabetes condition where both legs were purple and cold. After the first session, they turned blue & pink. After the 3rd session, they are the natural skin tone with some blotches of blue and her legs are warm and she is walking very well.
This thing is well worth it but be ready to build a wood box under yours to make it easier for us old folks to access it.

I purchased this for use in the Chicagoland area where temperatures and humidity can really vary! I set it up in the cooler spring when temps were still in the 40s overnight and have used it so far through 90 degree June days. The temp stays within about 2 degrees of where it is set. I use it daily, sometimes multiple times, as does my husband and even my children on occasion!

The system was fairly easy to set up and I did 90% of it on my own. The videos were excellent!

I did have one issue with some leaking but customer service was incredible. They emailed, called and ended up video chatting to help me problem solve and then shipped out a new part which I received within days. Once the new part was installed the issue was fixed and it has been working without any problems ever since.

The only area I would recommend improving would be the drip tray in between the chiller and filter units. The tray has a push-to-open latch which has gotten stuck on me a few times and is very hard to open when stuck. It's not a big issue at all but a minor annoyance.

Overall I absolutely give the system 5 stars, and I give customer service at least 5 stars, maybe more!
