The Earthing Sleep Mat is our most versatile grounding sleep option, as it can fit on any size mattress and be set up horizontally or vertically across the bed. Made from our proprietary grounding material, developed by our founder, Clint Ober, this product is the culmination of two decades of his research and development.
The grounded Sleep Mat is 100% conductive, easy to clean, and very durable. It’s the perfect way to stay grounded when traveling, especially when you’re unsure what size mattress you’ll be sleeping on!
For those of you who sleep with a partner, you have the option for only one of you to be grounded by setting up the Earthing Sleep Mat vertically on one side of the bed. Alternatively, you can set it up horizontally across the mattress to ground either the lower or upper half of your body.

How to Use
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it’s grounded.
Grounded – Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
Not Grounded – Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that’s plugged into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Place the Sleep Mat either vertically or horizontally on your mattress. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of your Sleep Mat.
STEP 4: For instant grounding, make direct skin contact with the Sleep Mat. If you prefer a thin layer of material between your skin and the mat, you’ll still be grounded once your sweat creates channels for Earth’s electrons to pass through.
Recommended Materials:
– Natural Fabrics: Cotton and bamboo are the best choices for optimal grounding.
– Partially Synthetic Fabrics: These are acceptable but may take longer to establish grounding.
Avoid:
– Fully Synthetic Materials: These block electron flow and prevent adequate grounding.

Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts the Earth’s electrons, and its hypoallergenic properties help combat allergens in your mattress. Earthing’s unique grounding material is vegan, eco-friendly, durable, 100% conductive, and easy to clean.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
The hypoallergenic nature of carbon helps combat allergens in your bed. These covers not only ground you, they also create a physical shield against the dust and mites living in your mattress.
Easy Cleaning: Clean with a bit of soap and water on a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water and allow to dry naturally. The Earthing® Mattress Cover should be wiped down regularly to ensure good conductivity and to avoid the buildup of skin oils.
Do:
– Wipe down the Sleep Mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
– Air dry before using it again.
Do Not:
– Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Sleep Mat.
– Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Sleep Mat, as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
