Description
Earthing® Patches offer a convenient way to stay grounded by connecting specific points on your body to the Earth’s natural energy. For general use, we recommend applying them to the palms of your hands or the soles of your feet, as these are among the most conductive areas.
The patches are adhesive and designed for one-time use. Use them while stretching, working, relaxing, or sleeping—wherever grounding fits into your daily routine.

How to Use

STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with an Earthing Outlet Checker (not included) to ensure it’s grounded.
Grounded – Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
Not Grounded – Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push an Earthing Safety Adapter (not included) into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that’s plugged into the grounded wall outlet. Firmly push one end of an Earthing Coil Cord (not included) into the Safety Adapter.
STEP 3: Peel off a Ground Therapy Patch from the plastic backing. Apply it to the body part you wish to ground.
STEP 4: Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab on the Patch. You’re now grounded! Repeat this process with additional Patches if you’d like to use more than one at the same time on separate body parts.
Materials & Care Instructions
Do:
– Apply the Patch to clean, dry skin.
– Push the Patch firmly onto the skin to make sure the gel center has complete contact with your skin.
– Discard the Patch in your trash receptacle when you’ve completed your grounding time, as they are one-time use.
Do Not:
– Apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before applying a Patch.
– Apply to areas of the body with a lot of hair on them.
