How to Set Up
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it’s grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If so, try testing other outlets. If none are grounded, you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Insert the included Safety Adapter into a grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector plugged into a grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab on your Earthing product.
STEP 4: You are ready to ground!

EARTHING SLEEP MAT & EARTHING UNIVERSAL MAT
Earthing’s proprietary carbon-based grounding material is the result of over two decades of research and development by Clint Ober. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts the Earth’s electrons while its hypoallergenic properties help to combat allergens in your mattress. Earthing’s unique grounding material is vegan, eco-friendly, durable, 100% conductive, and easy to clean.
Care Instructions:
The hypoallergenic nature of carbon helps combat allergens in your bed. These covers not only ground you, but they also create a physical shield against the dust and mites living in your mattress.
Easy Cleaning: Wipe down with a bit of soap and water on a cloth, then rinse with plain water and allow to dry naturally. Your Earthing mats should be wiped down regularly to ensure good conductivity and to avoid the buildup of skin oils.
Do:
– Wipe down the mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
– Air dry before using it again.
Do Not:
– Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the mat.
– Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the mat, as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
EARTHING PATCHES
Do:
– Apply the Patch to clean, dry skin.
– Push the Patch firmly onto the skin to make sure the gel center has complete contact with your skin.
– Discard the Patch in your trash receptacle when you’ve completed your grounding time, as they are one-time use.
Do Not:
– Apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before applying a Patch.
– Apply to areas of the body with a lot of hair on them.

Materials:

The Earthing Universal Bands feature a center made from our proprietary carbon-based grounding material, the culmination of Clint Ober’s two decades of research and development. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth’s electrons. The strap of the Universal Band is made from a rubber, nylon, and polyester blend for comfort and durability.
Care Instructions:
Do:
– Wipe down the Bands using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
– Air dry before rolling the Bands back up.
Do Not:
– Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Bands.
– Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Bands, as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
