The Qi-Home Cell is only “on” when it’s sitting horizontally. Once placed in this horizontal position, it can take up to 24 hours for the protective field to be fully established. To maximize the lifespan of this product, keep it over 20 inches away from large EMF-emitting devices. The Qi-Home Cell comes with a 1-year manufacturer defect warranty, and you can try it risk-free with our 90 day return policy. Please take care not to drop the Qi-Home Cell or place anything on top of the device. While the device is tough, it does contain internal glass components that can be broken if the device is dropped. If these components are broken, the device is no longer effective. Placing items on top of the device may disrupt the generated protective field.
