  1. Self-clean before entering: Rinse off to prevent dirt and debris from entering the tub.
  2. Wear shoes to & from the tub: Removing shoes before entering helps prevent mud, dirt, and grass from your plunge.
  3. Cover with Stay Cool Lid: The lid prevents debris, such as leaves and dirt, from entering the tub and helps maintain water temperature.
  4. Clean tub regularly: We recommend changing the water once per month, and replacing the water filter monthly—view instructions for water & filter maintenance here.
  5. Replace cloudy water: If the water becomes cloudy, drain and replace both the water and the water filter.

All residential Viking plunges come with a 5-year warranty on the tub and a 1-year warranty on the chiller. The warranty includes the replacement of parts found to have defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from poor water chemistry, neglected filter care or replacement (including air locks or air bubbles left untreated), freezing conditions, freezing conditions caused by adding ice, power outages, or lack of attention to low water flow.
