It creates a comfortable layer of cushion perfect for standing/sitting for long periods.
The Earthing Floor Mat is larger than our Universal Mat and is designed for use in high-traffic areas.

How to Use
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it’s grounded.
Grounded – Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
Not Grounded -Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that’s plugged into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Place the Floor Mat where you’d like to use it. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Floor Mat.
STEP 4: Put your feet on the Floor Mat and you’re grounded! Bare feet are best, but you can wear socks. Natural materials will ground you more quickly than synthetic materials.

Top Layer: Made from our proprietary carbon-based grounding material that is the culmination of two decades of Clint Ober’s research and development. It helps to absorb sweat and creates a smooth surface that feels nice to the touch. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth’s electrons.
Core Layer: Natural rubber, creating a dense, comfortable cushion.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do:
– Wipe down the mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
– Air dry before rolling the mat back up.
Do Not:
– Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the mat.
– Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the mat, as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
